Come and experience our 2,947 sq ft luxury home located at The Ledges of St. George. This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home is set up to accommodate single or multi-family groups. The furnishings include all the upgrades you could ask for including flat-screen HDTV's, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The floorplan is open and welcoming with bedrooms that are quiet and private. Two of the bedrooms have King beds and the third and fourth bedrooms have Queen beds. Accommodations also include an outdoor gas grill, covered back patio, and a private backyard.

The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts, and is conveniently located nearby the Tuacahn Amphitheatre and Performing Arts Center. Minutes away you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world famous rock climbing and rappelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

Wow this house is amazing. It’s so clean and functional. The bedding and furniture were all top tier, it’s nice to stay somewhere that put obvious care and thought into their guests comfort. We will 100% book this house again.

Excellent Home for Family Time

This house was absolutely amazing and was above our expectations. We loved that it was dog friendly and that our dog was able to be a part of our family time. The only bummer is that the backyard is not fully fenced and there is just a small gap (we learned the hard way), otherwise the yard was perfect for her. The beds were so comfortable!! The kitchen was fantastic and very well equipped with everything we needed to cook together. We will definitely be staying here again when we come to St. George. It truly was a perfect home!!!

We had 4 guys and more room than we needed but absolutely do not regret it. The house had everything from great kitchen, nice BBQ, everything you needed in the kitchen, had more then enough coffee for the entire 9 days we were there, spotless, nice patio. We were there for a golf trip and the rental was part of that. Cant say enough about Dan Dekker who booked the house and arranged all our golf rounds for us, spot on perfect for everything. Great house, thanks Dan, looking forward to going back next year again, this time with 12 golfers and two homes at least. Loved it!!Anyone going for a golf holiday, Dan is the guy that can arrange everything for you
