Great House Close to Everything!
Such a great beach house and it’s close to everything. It’s located in between two beach access points. We ended up renting bikes and riding everywhere! The Beds were comfortable and the kitchen very well stocked!

Wonderful Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and Well-Stocked
We had a fantastic stay at this property! Mark was a great communicator. The home was spotless, the beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. It was the perfect place to relax with our group. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Best location for everything!
This house is fantastic! Super clean, quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes to the beach! You are also within minutes to restaurants and stores. The house itself is roomy and clean. The beds are comfy and the kids room is great. The kitchen is stocked well with both cooking utensils as well as pots and pans. Everything you need to cook while you are there. This is the best place for a quiet and relaxing stay.
Great house just moments from downtown St Augestine beach and countless sandy beaches.
The property was clean and in order, it fit our whole party well and was cozy. The kitchen was stocked with all cooking utensils needed which was very impressive. The stay was well worth the money!

The house was exactly as described! It's a really good location, just a short drive to St Augustine. There are also restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Our group of 7 really enjoyed!
We enjoyed our stay very much. We were looking for a place that had all the comforts of home and found it. The whole process of renting was easy. We will be coming back.
Perfect for what we needed! Loved being able to take our dog with us! The house was spacious and had all the necessities without the clutter.

Wonderful!
The property was just as pictured. Everything was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Our host added some wonderful touches, such as soap, plenty of towels, coffee, paper towels. We felt very welcome and at home during our stay. We look forward to returning!
It was a great house. Comfy beds, plenty of room for kids. Super clean and cute. I wouldn’t say it’s a walk to the beach though. There is no good walking access. We still needed to drive. Would still recommend and would stay here again.
Place was okay for our needs. Wish the outside patio area was a little nicer. Mark was very receptive to our questions and needs.
Place needs a little touching up but close to the beach like we wanted

Nice place and nice host
This was a very comfortable place to stay, and our host Mark was more than helpful. One of our group was flying in early and he offered early check-in (since there were no other guests the night before), which helped us a great deal. We were missing a necessary item and he brought it to us right away - no hassles at all. The place was very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with coffee and tea and sugar and other necessities. We were very happy with our choice and highly recommend it.
The property was perfect for our stay. We had 4 adults and 2 teens, we had lots of room for everyone. The water pressure in the showers was amazing. Great little local places to eat within walking or biking distance. Very Clean and cozy. I would suggest you bring your own pilliows foe sleep and extra blankets if its cold outside. There were no extras.
This property was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was a nice size with everything we needed to prepare a few meals, and there was plenty of seating for everyone. We especially liked having 4 twin beds in one of the rooms since we have 6 kids, and no one likes to share a bed if they don't have to. There was plenty of room to set up a pack'n'play in one of the bedrooms as well, which was nice. We weren't crazy about how close the house was to the main road, but we felt safe. The house was reasonably quiet, and the location was close to everything we wanted to see in St. Augustine.
The property was exactly as advertised. Our contact reached out to us first, but we had no issues at all. The kitchen is fully stocked with any kind of pot/pan/baking dish you'd need.
My mom said it was the cleanest place she'd ever stayed (we travel a lot)! The location is convenient to everything. We will definitely come back when it's warmer to take advantage of the beach equipment.
2 king bedrooms. Perfect for my wife and I to spend time with her sister and brother in-law. Tile floors everywhere so both couples brought Chihuahuas. The pet fee was very reasonable. The house was spotlessly clean with lots of little extras, like dog poop bags in the backyard and charcoal and lighter fluid. TVs with satellite service in every bedroom and the family room. Communication with the owner was mostly through text but he always responded within a minute or 2.
Super place right near beach with an awesome host!
My family and I were thrilled with this place! Mark went above and beyond to ensure we had a great Thanksgiving time together. Location is quiet, safe, near the beach and a quick drive to the old city. The house is super clean, cute, comfortable and well-furnished. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was great, AC worked great. The little backyard area is fenced in and had many chairs to chill with our little dog (poop bags even provided)! The garage is clean and many amenities (beach chairs and toys, cooler, 2 nice bikes) are available for use. The beach is only a short distance away, and is gorgeous and HUGE. We loved walking there, but biking there is even easier. We loved the little Cuban restaurant/bakery down the road, and were happy there was a Dollar General there and a Winn Dixie not far away also. Getting downtown was a cinch, and we went there a couple times. Mark was so kind—he made sure we had ample dishes, baking dishes, cookie sheets, pots, pans, etc. to do all the cooking we did! The living room area has a nice new giant couch so everyone can be there while some are in the adjacent kitchen cooking. Mark set up another table adjacent to the first so we could all sit together for meals. He even provided an autumn-themed tablecloth for us! In short, we thought this was a great house for our needs, for a good value, with an awesome host. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would happily stay here again in the future.
