Comfortable Accommodations

Townhouse was nice, but needs to be updated. Beds were very noisy, squeaked everyone you moved. Floors were dirty, no mats to wipe your feet on. Only one set of towels for each person, kind of unsanitary. A/C worked very good kept the house cool.

no service ... lie about the false picture of the sofa....because they show a leather sofa and it is a very cheap sofa dirty ....false publicity ,,misleading .. the pool close ... no patio chair or table ....when complain they say they will change de sofa next year !!! everythind is cheap and dirty

Don't believe in the photos!

The house was spacious and the location is good. But it was not like in the pictures shown. There are only five chairs, not six. The equipment needs updating. Ice machine was broken. The worst was the living room. Instead of a leather couch with two extra seats, the coach was so filthy that even a thrift store wouldn't want it. The seats were so crushed, that one was almost sitting on the floor, and the smell was awful. We bought a throw to cover it. Hard to sit and relax after a busy day. I wrote a couple of times to complain and got the answer that they will update the sofa soon. If the pictures were exact, an update would not be needed. In order to rent this house they made a home staging and published pictures that are misleading. This, at not getting any satisfying answer, made me feel very miserable about this rental.

Review

There were several issues that you should be aware of. Comforters on Beds were not clean. We had to wash once set of the sheets and the comforters to be able to use them. Mattresses are worn and have Urine stains on them. Furniture in Living Room is worn and dirty. Dresser in Master drawers stick. The location is convenient to attractions but not up to par. You cannot access the pool area without a key fob and that was not provided. There were no wash cloths with linens and we had to wash before using them because the smell of cigarette smoke was so strong on them. This could be a nice rental but needs attention,
