LOCATION – 2 blocks south of Main Street in the Historic District
HOSTS – Home to Yourselves, but the owner's suite is attached to the back of the house & is occupied on occasion.
SLEEPS – Up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms; two king bedrooms & one bedroom with a queen murphy bed & twin bunk beds
BATH – 3.5 baths; 2 en suite baths with walk-in showers & 1 en suite bath with a shower/tub combo
KITCHEN – Fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffeemaker
BREAKFAST – No breakfast provided
AMENITIES – 68” Flat Screen Smart TV in the living room, Smart TV in each bedroom, WiFi, large covered outdoor deck with a 7-8 person hot tub & outdoor dining & seating, outdoor corn hole game, gas grill, detached deck overlooking Baron's Creek, covered front porch with rockers, washer/dryer, walking distance to shops, restaurants, art galleries, wine tasting rooms & churches

Location Location Location!!

Beautiful, spacious home in the perfect location!! The house is located within minutes to downtown. It is in prime location but still very peaceful/quiet neighborhood. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. Hot tub was a plus!! I will definitely book again in the future!

Best ever!!

This home is fantastic. It is clean and spacious. The kitchen is large. Each bedroom has its own bath plus a half bath which made it very nice for our family of 6. The beds are very comfortable. The patio, hot tub and fire pit are enjoyable. Deer come into an open area next to yard and the creek is visible. We will definately rent next time we are in Fredericksburg.

Location Location!

Seldom do you find a property to be even better than the listing looks. Such was sowith Wine Not.The kitchen was huge and so well appointed. And we appreciated all the cute Decour and extras. My only concern is you need to strip the tub in the bathroom it was very slippery and dangerous I felt. Hope to return someday.

Couldn't Have Asked For More

The owners attention to detail was amazing!!!!! They took so much into consideration when building this little slice of Heaven. It felt like home the moment we walked through the door. They left us a helpful list of things to do, shops to see, places to eat. Being two blocks from downtown made the walk for shopping a breeze. The art work on the walls, the hot tub pre heated for our arrival, the personalized basket left for us. There was nothing missed!!! This is definitely the ONLY place in Fredericksburg we will be staying in the future.
