The management of the property and communication was excellent. Property was clean but very dated and presentation of the yard was lacking.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was just ok.. the linen was clean & the water hot.. very disappointed with the general appearance outside and it needs work on tidying it up.. water was leaking from a down pipe at the back.. for the money paid, very disappointed.. the lighting in the lounge very very dull. The TV in second bed wasn’t working as a television

Maintenance is needed particularly in relation to mains water was off due to leaking/broken pipe. Also better communication regarding this issue and the location of the lockbox.

Pleasant stay

The property was maintained well and it looked just as mentioned online. It's located at a central place making visits to Mount Buffallo , bright an easy drive. Kitchen had most of the necessary facilities to cook.
