Long weekend in mid November.

The house was clean and tidy, but the carpet beneath the beds has not been vacuumed for ages. The kitchen was well equipped except for bin liners and tea towels. 1 teatowel and 1 bin liner is totally inadequate. Also more washing wipes required. Other wise we e joyed our time here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Comfortable, cosy and clean. Maple Cottage is well fitted out and provides all the amenities needed for an excellant stay. The only drawback was the lack of a safety rail on the front steps which were slippery when wet.

Great clean and amenable property

House was lovely - styled well and very clean. Excellent backyard for dogs. A little far to walk to the shops for older people but great for those with good mobility.
