House was big enough to accomodate all of our group, and heaps to do with the pool table, two main rooms with tvs, massive outdoor deck and heaps of area to play on the grass
The property is awesome. We enjoyed the pool table and arcade game. The house is spacious. Only thing we were not told people stay on the property.

Newly renovated, spacious, no air conditioning in bedrooms, kitchen supplies not adequate
The property is spacious. Most of the areas we believe is newly renovated, one toilet is not completely done though. Only one air conditioner in the living room was a problem in hot summer night for us. While we kept receiving emails reminding me to put the rubbish bin to the kerb on Thursday night, there wasn’t enough garbage bags in the kitchen which really troubled us as we had to go shopping for this. Emails were not responded instantly. Only after we bought the garbage bags we received emails with emergency contact. We were not notified of the power outage and had to call the emergency contact and get someone to open the electric gate manually for us to enter. Also, there wasn’t any supply of kitchen paper/cling film/aluminum foil etc in the kitchen.Other consumables like tea bags are not individually packed which we didn’t touch.
