Access to the beach: 3 minutes by car, 8 minutes by bike by bike path that passes in front of the house.

The heated pool is equipped with an electric submerged rolling shutter for the safety of children. The water is salt for better tolerance, the bottom is flat, the water depth is 1.60 m with a bench of 60 cm for children. Corner stairs, solar shower.

Beautiful exotic garden maintained by our gardener and composed of more than 200 different species. Large areas of terraces: 150 m2 quartzite (natural stone from Brazil - so no risk of sinking a splinter or slip when the ground is wet) including 70 m2 covered, with sunshade 3 x 3 m, deckchairs , fixed barbecue, garden table 12 places, hammocks, foldable table tennis, 3 secure parking spaces, automatic gate with beep, videophone, garden shed for the wood of the fireplace and for your bikes, night lighting. The property is fully fenced.

First floor: bedroom with 1m40 bed, a bedroom with 3 single beds, bedroom with 2 single beds, TV, bathroom, separate WC.
On the ground floor: master bedroom (1.60m bed) with bathroom (corner bath) and dressing room, utility room, separate WC, living room with cathedral dining room and sunken living room, fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, and a storeroom. A fireplace insert type business on both sides separates the kitchen from the living room. Plenty of storage and fitted wardrobes throughout the house. All blinds on the ground floor are electric.

Walks in the lovely area Skating, stroller and bicycles. The bike path passes in front of the house. If you walk 100 meters you enter the forest.
Linens are provided; when you arrive the beds are made. You will also find on option 2 towels per person (4 € / person for 2 towels).
Free WIFI internet, flat screen 127 cm, DVD player. In winter, you will find wood stored away behind the house.
In high season the gardener and the pool maintenance spend every Saturday. Watering the garden is triggered automatically. The house has a fire detector.

We provide you with material for your baby cot, mattress, changing mat, high chair, bath bouncer, bottle warmer, safety bars for blocking access to stairs leading to the first floor.

A cleaning fee of 125 euros to you if you do not want to worry about cleaning before leaving.

The owners speak French, English, German, Italian and Spanish. If necessary, a person will be held at your disposal during your stay.
