The house was in a great location. Easy walk to campus and easy access to Dan’l Boone Inn, Vicious Biscuit and the Saturday morning Farmer’s market. The house was clean and laid out perfectly for us and our two adult kids. We would definitely stay here again.
Great location. Walkable to many spots. House was clean, kitchen stocked with all cooking needs. Bedrooms are very spacious. We loved the front porch rocking chairs. Overall a great place to stay.
This is our second time staying here and, once again, it’s a fantastic house! Stephanie is great to work with and you cannot beat the location. The house has everything you need and it’s spotless.

Great weekend in Boone.
Wonderful time and great location. Well stocked house! Will return again.
My family from different places met there to go to my son‘s wedding and it was everything we hoped for and it was clean and it was spacious. Felt like an actual home for us if I’m ever going to be in Boone that’s where I’m going to be and the host was very gracious and accommodating!

Great in town location
Nice 4 BR house if you want to be able to walk around Boone.
This rental was beyond all expectations. Spotless housekeeping, plenty of towels, toilet paper, cooking supplies. Beautifully decorated, plenty of seating inside and out. Several light weight benches were easy to relocated to the common area for a luncheon after graduation for family. Plus 4 tv dinner tables to use if needed. Two nice sized bathrooms (both on the main floor). A new highchair, pack play and cornhole game available if needed. We had a wonderful time here and already have booked for next year. Host was incredibly easy to work with.I couldn’t recommend this rental any more. Worth every penny. The location is perfect. Easy walk to convention center. Bus stop next door if needed. If late night college town foot traffic bothers you, just bring a speaker to play some white noise in your room at night. Very safe location, just during graduation week, the college kids can be noisy walking by. (But completely harmless)
House was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and had a wonderful selection of tea and coffee. Bathrooms were well stocked too. Excellent location for App graduation. Would highly recommend!
Very clean. Close to everything in town. Perfect for what we were looking for. Would be great to update the description that both bathrooms are downstairs and not attached to any of the bedrooms. Wouldn’t have changed her mind about staying there, but just nice to know.

Fantastic
Such a wonderful house close to campus and well stocked!
This house was very nice clean and well stocked. It had plenty of towels, linens, kitchen accessories, supplies, etc. Good location for campus and being close to downtown. The only con is that the house is the middle of a student apartment complex parking lot. Perfect for a football game and tailgating, but not so for a family vacation.
The pictures were an accuate depiction. You could not ask for a cleaner property. Ample parking, propery close to anything that you have planned at ASU or surrounding area. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms were spacious.
