Excellent location for where we needed to be

We have written to owners suggesting helpful ways to improve a better stay for guests. They had asked as we were there first guest. If they heed our advise ,it will insure an excellent place of accommodation for future guests.

Not what we expected

Place was dirty with big wet patches on the floor and rubbish leftover from New Year's eve parties (wine in fridge, leftover drug testing kits). Cleanliness did not match pictures at all. It wasn't clear whether there was clean and spare linen. We only stayed one night and got in touch with manager about a refund for the other two nights, but nothing came of it. All communications were replied to quickly but not really that helpful.
