Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Set AC to 77
Lock all sliders, garage door, garage side door, and front door. DO NOT lock the bottom knob on the front door, only the Schlage coded door lock.
Take out trash and dispose of in the exterior trash bin. If checking out on a Monday, please place the bins at the street.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No RV's, camper or boats without owner approval.
All guests and pets must be registered with management.
Signed rental agreement and security deposit (minimum $2000) required. Deposit varies depending on length of stay, longer stays require higher deposit
