The Space:

Oneroa Luxury Waterfront is arranged to make the most of its north-facing aspect and expansive views across Oneroa Bay. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls open the main living areas directly onto a spacious deck, filling the home with natural light from morning through to late afternoon. The deck runs the length of the main level and provides a generous outdoor living space with uninterrupted sea views and all-day sun, ideal for outdoor dining or quiet time watching the bay.



Inside, the open-plan living and dining areas are elegantly furnished and centred around a well-appointed chef’s kitchen, creating a practical and welcoming space for shared meals and relaxed entertaining. The layout keeps the focus on the view while remaining comfortable and easy to live in.



The bedroom accommodation is spread across three levels, offering privacy and separation for couples or family groups. The master suite is located on the upper level and enjoys elevated views across the bay. A second suite sits on the main living level, convenient for guests who prefer minimal stairs, while the third suite is positioned on the lower level. Each bedroom has access to its own full bathroom.



Throughout the home, the design prioritises light, outlook, and simple coastal comfort. The result is a calm, generous space that feels well balanced and quietly luxurious without being overstated.

Guests have private access to the entire home, including all indoor living spaces, the upper, main, and lower levels, the north-facing deck, and surrounding outdoor areas. On-site parking is available.

Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 10:30 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee, subject to availability.

The home is only minutes from Oneroa Village and Oneroa Beach, placing cafés, small shops, galleries, and relaxed dining within easy reach.



For breakfast or coffee, Wai Kitchen overlooks the bay, while Akito offers a modern, plant-focused menu and excellent coffee. Solar Eating House is a popular spot for relaxed daytime dining, and The Local is ideal for something simple and easy near the beach. Dinner options include The Oyster Inn for coastal-inspired dishes in a friendly dining room and Fenice for Italian classics in the heart of the village.



Nearby vineyard experiences include Mudbrick and Cable Bay, both offering elevated dining, tastings, and exceptional sea views. With Oneroa Village so close, it’s easy to walk to cafés, restaurants, galleries, and the beach without needing to drive.



Getting Around:

The closest bus stop is in Oneroa Village, within easy reach of the property. Regular services run from Oneroa past major vineyards, including Mudbrick, Cable Bay, Tantalus, Stonyridge, and The Heke Brewery, before continuing across the island and on to the passenger ferry terminal. Taxis, e-bikes, scooters, and rental cars are available across Waiheke, and the property has easy on-site parking.
