About this property

This is the holiday home you've been looking for! Our beloved family holiday home is close to a private beach in a nature reserve, wineries, foodie hot-spots and it's quiet, stylish and has room for up to 6 guests.

There are plenty of spots to sit with a glass of wine and watch the native birds. Sit and have a coffee in the private front garden surrounded by 80 year old olive trees, have an outdoor shower out the back, watch the latest show on Netflix or chill out in air conditioned comfort.

The space
It’s a peaceful place with artistic touches and plenty of places for everyone to relax. There is an outdoor dining area, outdoor shower, herb garden and the beach is a short walk away. We are clean freaks (!) and so everything is very neat, tidy and clean.

Other things to note
This is a hidden gem and we are so pleased to help people relax and recharge. Please notes the mattresses on all beds are high quality latex memory foam with a bamboo topper. So the bed conforms to your shape and gives support. It’s a new sensation to some people - but they love it and relax once they get used to it.

Deeply satisfying

From the moment we arrived, till the time we left, there was not one thing we could have wished for....only to stay longer! (I am usually a critical person, but this BnB ticked all the boxes.) We appreciated the artistic aspect of the property, both inside and out. Immediately felt relaxed. Thank you so much for a really good holiday at yours!

Great value nice place

Very "Hamptons" vibe. Unfortunately not full length mirrors, which the ladies missed. A few too many nic-nacs and wall trinkets etc for me. I'd have far less and take a minimalist approach. But thats just me. Had everything included which was great. Really pleased with our stay.

Lovely St Leonard's

We had a lovely, relaxing stay in St Leonards. The house was beautifully presented, providing outdoor spaces for relaxing in and very comfortable living areas inside. Easy parking and nearby access to the beach were also terrific bonuses. Happy to recommend to family and friends. Definitely a peaceful home away from home!

A Blues Weekend

Our stay over the weekend was a great location to explore the Bellarine Peninsula and to experience The Blues Train once again. The location was superb and quiet, and yet close enough to explore. The house was superbly set out, providing all we needed.

We loved our stay at this lovely, comfortable and well appointed house.. Out host, was very generous and kind and flexible with our changing accommodation requirements. Pet friendly and a lovely environment. We would strongly recommend this property for short term and longer term rental.
