Outside, the expansive terrace features a private plunge pool, hammocks, and generous seating areas—ideal for slow mornings, long afternoons, and evenings spent watching whales, turtles, seabirds, and the waves of Zicatela below.

Inside, Villa B2 has been carefully curated with natural woods, artisanal décor, warm textures, and soft lighting that create an atmosphere that is calm, welcoming, and unmistakably unique. Every element has been chosen with care, balancing beauty and comfort.

The villa includes three bedrooms, all with air conditioning, two full bathrooms, and fast Starlink Wi-Fi throughout. The layout offers privacy while maintaining an open, airy feel. At night, fall asleep to ocean air and quiet surroundings, feeling tucked away yet completely at ease.

Our neighborhood, El Faro, is in the perfect location of Puerto Escondido. Equal distance from your practically empty walking beach at Playa Bacoccho and world class Surf beach Playa Zicatella with all the shopping and restaurants in The Rinconada less than 1 km away. 10 minutes to walk to Playa Manzanillo where you can step out into the water and snorkle. 10 minutes to walk to The Adoquin with its shopping and night market. Less than 10 minutes in a taxi to downtown and the main grocery store. 15 minutes in a taxi to the Mercado with its local Mexican flare and authentic food. We are in the heart of Puerto Escondido!

5 minutes by taxi from the airport. If you enjoy the heat it is easy to walk anywhere you want to go. But getting a taxi is 1 block away and you almost never have to wait more than a few minutes for the next taxi to come (or you can call our favorite taxi driver).
