The residence was designed with an open great room, generous outdoor living space and exceptional river front views. This property has central AC for those hot summer days.

2 assigned spaces (9' X 28')- max 2 vehicles and the garage height is 7' 8” so ensure your vehicle will fit as there is no other onsite parking.
