It was great. But with all the rules the hot tub was not as clean as one would think. A lot of fruit flies but that is expected with all the fruit trees. Overall stay was great and quiet.

Response from VrboOwner on 10 September 2025
From the Owner: "Thank you for your feedback and for noting the peacefulness of your stay! I’d like to reassure future guests that the hot tub is thoroughly cleaned and balanced between each booking , the filter is removed and soaked, the water is tested, and the sides are scrubbed down. I also check in the morning after arrival so guests can let me know right away if anything feels off, and I can send someone promptly. In this case, no concerns were mentioned during the stay, so I wasn’t aware there might be an issue. As with all hot tubs, ours is a closed water system, so over the course of a visit it may naturally collect a bit of debris, but it is always fully refreshed before each booking. And yes, fruit flies can be part of orchard life here, especially at this time of year, though we do our best to keep them at bay.I’m so glad to hear that overall your stay was a good one."
Myself and my 7 family members all stayed here over Thanksgiving. It was the perfect place for us all to gather and have a big meal together and play games. Everything about this property was as listed and there were even more little details that added to it feeling like a home away from home.

Beautiful, quiet, private retreat
We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings of the forest as a private getaway spot for a few friends to celebrate a birthday weekend. The home is beautiful with everything we needed, comfortable beds, hot tub, privacy, and space to relax and hang out both indoors and out.
The farm is cozy and luxurious all at the same time. The new beds, fully stocked kitchen and beautiful decor really make it a unique experience. Highly recommend.
We were celebrating our nieces’ with family.
The weather was warm but beautiful. Our family has two homes on A street. We were able to walk to them and the beach. Have already booked another stay here!
This house was comfortable and provided a warm and inviting experience. It was well stocked and clean. The large yard with the fire pit and swing were a hit! Bedrooms were spaced out well and common areas were large enough for our family. The hot tub was clean and well cared for. .
Very clean, well stocked home for a large family. We were able to have 8 people and a baby here with no trouble. Really quiet and secluded in the woods.
We gathered out of town and state friends and family for my college graduation. They lived all the spaces to hang out, the fire pit was perfect for gathering and talking. The hanging lights around the property have such a nice glow. I would rent here again 100%!
My friends and I enjoyed a luxurious weekend here. The apple trees were blossoming. Everything was perfect. House was duper clean and well-equipped. Robes and bedding were luxe. Communication with property manager was excellent. Highly recommended.
The beautifully peaceful country setting was perfect
The weather changed for the worse causing us to move our small wedding service to the inside.
The charming ambience of the interior was a perfect setting. My wife and I stayed for a short 2 day honeymoon and enjoyed everything the house had to offer, from the clean and well maintained hot tub to the fire pit in the fenced acre or so that kept the dogs safe and secure.
The property management team was so helpful with all of our requests.
You won’t be disappointed
This 100 year old farm house was absolutely amazing! The decor was beautiful and all four of the bedrooms were wonderful. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and great to cook in. There was plenty of room to hang out in and a large dinning table. The patio and hot tub were really nice and we loved being surrounded by nature. The host contacted us by text to make sure everything was ok and she was easy to reach if needed. I highly recommend this place. It’s the nicest rental I have ever stayed in.
Wonderful House, stocked well, really clean. Plenty of room for everyone! Deer in the yard in the mornings. Beds really comfortable. Only negative is there is a horse shoe pit, just one and the stake was not in the ground. Bocce balls, but no court. But, beautiful setting, very quiet and host communication outstanding!
We really enjoyed our time at this home for our annual family Christmas weekend. There were all kinds of thoughtful touches, the kitchen was well appointed and furnished very cozy. The beds were very comfortable with very soft sheets, plenty of warm bedding and feather pillows. Heather our host was very responsive and jumped right on ordering a couple things we were missing to arrive the next day. Great service! Even with the chilly weather we enjoyed the outdoor firepit and hot tub. We loved the quirkiness of the old house and the eclectic furnishings made it so comfortable and charming. We would definitely stay again!

My family and I loved staying at the Orchard Farm. It was a nice and comfortable place to spend our family reunion. It was too bad we were too early to see/enjoy your beautiful orchard of fruits. I’ve never had an opportunity to actually pick apples from a tree, so maybe next time I may have to return during the summer-fall season. The rainy weather wasn’t helpful either, but we made the most of our time there. Thank you 😊 for that experience.

Family Stay
We rented this home to accommodate our families who traveled from different locations. It was the perfect setting for our gathering, and was very relaxing and enjoyable. There were board games for our grandchildren and the dining table was large enough for all of us to enjoy. My husband enjoyed grilling----even in the rain! Because this home is located in a remote area, we made sure to shop for all of our food before we arrived, which helped a lot. We all decided that this is a home that we would come back to. We actually had to return back to the house after we left to retrieve a personal item. All communications with Heather were met with a quick response, which we appreciated.

My family and I had a great stay at the Orchard Farm. Everything was well stocked and available to use. The house was very clean and inviting. I liked that they allowed our pet to be with family. Heather, the host was very accommodating when I needed her help. The rainy weather was a negative to play outdoors to enjoy running around but it was no fault of the Orchard Farm, that’s Mother Nature for you…at least we got to make s’mores at night at the fire pit in the rain. Thank you for our family memories…we will forever remember the “Orchard Farm” and hopefully return one day, maybe to enjoy the fruits from the orchard. 😊

Amazing place
Absolutely loved this house. It was well stocked with supplies, beautifully decorated and the host was prompt to respond to any questions.
I was vacationing with my friends. We all loved this wonderful, quiet place. The house is cozy and clean. the kitchen is large, the rooms are beautiful. Didn't want to leave. We are planning to go back there. It is very good that the radiant beach is 8 minutes away by car.
