The Space:
This 323 sq ft|30 sqm studio apartment is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Your stay puts you inside the beautiful residential community called Aldea Zama, halfway between the beach and town and near the Tulum Mayan ruins for a tropical vacation to the Mexican Caribbean that you'll remember for a lifetime.

This studio suite features:
- A thoughtfully designed kitchenette/living/dining space and direct access to a private balcony.
- There’s an intimate dining table for two and a cozy sofa. The balcony also has a table and chair set up so you can enjoy a morning coffee or glass of wine al fresco.
- The bedroom features a plush new queen-sized bed, great natural light, a TV, AC & ceiling fan for comfort.
- The full bathroom is spacious with cooling finishes and all you need to rinse the Tulum sand off and get ready for the night out!

We provide some items to get you started like some bottled water, toilet paper in the bathrooms, soap, and shampoo but just note these items are not refilled during your stay. If you need more you’ll need to purchase some.

Wi-Fi, high-quality bed linens, bath and beach towels, kitchen equipment area all provided complimentary during your stay.

This condo is an exquisite eco-friendly complete with concierge and 24-hour security. The condo is in the heart of Tulum, about 120 km/75 miles or about a 1 hr 40-min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to pre-arrange your airport transfers. The pool was built with local materials, you may find the pool water may not be as clear blue due to this reason, even though it's been recently cleaned.

- Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.

- Electricity & Internet outages are a reality in Tulum and completely out of our control. If our guests experience these outages, we apologize in advance, but Stella Rentals cannot be held responsible for this inconvenience.

- There's no daily housekeeping buy If you need a cleaning service during your stay, it has an extra cost – Please let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply.

- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Pets are not allowed at this property.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on the day of checking in, or during their stay for identity verification.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed at this property.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food or coolers are allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic glasses is allowed.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.
