CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

APARTMENT: The two separate apartment sleeps 8 guests in a total of 2 bedrooms and 2 sleeper sofas. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below:

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (100-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). Each dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.

PARKING: Valet Parking at Hampton Inn $45/night (The price may be subject to change without prior notice).

WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, 6 beach towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix.

On weekends Miami Beach comes alive with many bars and restaurants. We provide a white noise machine and ear plugs in each bedroom for light sleepers.

Filthy and inadequate sleeping arrangements

At first glance, place looks tidy and well kept. But as you start to look, you see the place is gross. Very gross. Its also WAY SMALLER than the photos make it appear We arrived late in the evening and within an hour we were packing up and leaving because the place had Cockroaches...so at midnight we were having to look for a new place to spend our Christmas vacation. It doesnt appear like vrbo is giving me the option to post photos. The bathroom was gross with mold and filthy tiles. Windows had mold. Sofa so dirty you DONT want to sit and CERTAINLY DON'T WANT TO USE AS A PULL OUT BED; but they didn't provide bed linens for it anyway so we wouldn't have had a place for our daughter to sleep. The kitchen is super small and not adequate for cooking for a family. The refrigerator isnt a fridge but more like a "cooler". The hallway is disgusting. Filthy carpet. Smells. Romie and i initially agreed on a refund but i ended up having to fight for it and they still kept $400 over what they agreed to return to me. I now remember why i stopped using vacation rentals and returned to hotels.
