Cozy and modern 2/1 apt near Midtown Miami and South Beach

Our place is a comfortable, private and quiet garden level apartment with an open living area ideal for relaxing. Included in the unit at no extra charge is fast WIFI, large 75 inch LG Smart TV, Comcast cable with over 100 channels, Netflix access, microwave, oven, washer dryer, and coffee maker in unit. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (kids) who want more than just a room in somebody's house or in a hotel .

Fully modern, this "home away from home" has been designed to be an extremely comfortably home base while you are visiting Miami. It has all the amenities you could ask for and then some.

The location is central to all that Miami has to offer from the South Beach to Key Biscayne. It is minutes from Midtown Miami, Downtown Miami, Brickell, the Design District, Wynwood and Bayside. It is also very close to world renowned hospitals such as Jackson Memorial, UM Health and Mt Sinai.

We have recently added to the property two convenient Level 2 EV charging stations. The cost is $15 per day of your stay for full access. This cost is not included in the VRBO pricing and is handled directly with your host via a variety of payment options. Please let the host know that you will be arriving with an electric car.

Great location—modern & cozy! Everything was updated & the kitchen was well-equipped. Just minutes from the airport but the noise from airplanes were a non-factor. The owner was friendly & even had the fridge lightly stocked upon our arrival-total surprise! The backyard sitting area was perfect & we actually spent most evenings here. We felt safe & the home was as advertised. Loved the storage/mirror in the second bedroom.

Accessible location with well-thought pet friendly home

We were so grateful to have stayed here when we returned back to Miami to visit family and introduce them to our 3 month old son. The parking made it so easy to get in and out. We brought our 2 dogs and it was so convenient to have the driveway area to let them out, and a neighborhood we felt comfortable walking them in. We lived in Miami for 10 years, so we know that some areas can be hit or miss. This neighborhood was great - safe and quiet. They have done a great job of making this apartment work perfectly, such as the water in the fridge and thoughtful welcome note. We will definitely be hoping to book this again in the future when we return to visit. Keep in mind, you may have neighbors upstairs and across the way - all were very respectful of noise levels, but it's something to consider.

Wonderful extended stay

My husband and I stayed for 5 weeks. The apartment had everything we needed for a long stay. The beds were comfortable, loved having a TV in every room. Plenty of blankets, pillows, towels and even had beach chairs. I had the pleasure of meeting the hosts wife Patricia and she is such a kind welcoming person. Apartment is close to Wynwood a nice area with restaurants and bars and Design District. Both are walking distance but I wouldn’t walk necessarily at night there. Was great to have washer and dryer in the apartment. Host was very responsive to anything we needed. Close to the beach as well. Thank you for having us!

The owners were amazing!

My best friend and I decided to do a "Girl's trip" to Miami for the holiday weekend. We really enjoyed the homey feel of this property. The owners were amazing, very hospitality and available for any questions or concerns. We really enjoyed ourselves and appreciated how we were welcomed during our stay.

Just a great place in general ! I definitely recommend it!

Right from the start it felt like home, a very welcoming environment from the owner to the place itself. It had everything we pretty much needed, from the cooking to cleaning supplies. I would definitely recommend for anyone who needs space and comfort.

Such a great deal! Suited our needs perfectly

Wife and I were looking for a clean, safe, and affordable location within the Miami downtown area to serve as a landing pad between trips to the beach and other fun adventure locations. What we got exceeded our expectations! Alex is such a welcoming host who periodically checked in to see how things were going and was extremely responsive. The apartment was clean and well stocked. The TV was absolutely gorgeous. My wife and I love ending our day watching some of our favorite series on Netflix so it was nice to have a 75-in smart TV. The location is right on the periphery of downtown Miami which made all of our trips very accessible. The washer and dryer were a huge plus. I can honestly say that I have nothing negative to say about this place. It's suited our needs perfectly and we will be using this location the next time we're in Miami.

Mid Town Miami apt clean and well stocked

If ever there was a place to work AND relax, this is it. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood away from the crowded tourist traps, it offers every detail you might need at home. All appliances worked without a hitch, the rooms were well lit with ceiling fixtures and table lamps, the TV was huge offering cable and internet service, and I was only sorry I couldn't stay a couple more days.
