Lovely Sacramento

Our daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter just moved to Sacramento. They are in the Air Force and were stationed in Japan. We came to visit them and had such an enjoyable time. The property was great, like home feel, and in a great neighborhood. Brandon, the property manager was very attentive and checked on us the entire stay to see if we needed anything. We will be back and would definitely stay here again!!

His house is comfortable, clean and was convenient for all things that were important for my clients and I to access while they were in town. It’s in a safe neighborhood that we enjoyed walking in.

Perfect space

The property is exemplary. Every space was well equipped and appointed, especially the kitchen. The patio was nice for quiet evening cocktails and morning coffee. Solid internet and workstations for remote work and the garage was nice a touch on hot days. Only regret was not making time for the pool.

Great Stay in the Sacramento Area

Brandon was an extremely accommodating host that was always ready to answer any questions I had. The area was very quiet, safe, and super nice to have pets with a patch of grass right outside the townhome. Location wise it was also great, about a 5 minute drive to Costco, Trader Joes, and a couple of other grocery stores. The inside was clean and set up to use the washer and dryer, both of which worked great, with a nicely stocked kitchen and dishes to use as well. Definitely won't be any hesitation if we're ever in need to stay in the Sacramento area again, even without the pets.

Nice townhouse

Nice townhouse in a gated community. Pet- friendly. Close to the parks and stores. The property was clean. The bed was comfortable. The pantry had the basic necessities to cook with. Although we don't drink coffee, there was a coffee machine for use. Brandon the host was attentive. Easy to reach through text. Only downside was you could hear the neighbors, they were a bit loud at night. You could hear them talking. But would stay here again.

No access to pool.

It was a very nice condo; beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The one drawback for us was not being allowed to use the community pool. We specifically chose a rental that advertised pool accessibility. Other than that, everything was a five star rating.

Perfect condo in Elk Grove

This property is top notch. It exceeded expectations, from the spacious layout to the included 2 car garage, to the many thoughtful amenities, like toiletries and cooking supplies. Location is central to grocery, shopping, and restaurants in Elk Grove, and it's an easy drive to Sacramento. Brandon is a very proactive host, he contacted me prior to arrival to inquire about any special needs. He checked in periodically during our stay, and was easy to reach by text. Would definitely stay again on a future trip.
