Positioned on the high side of the exclusive Crystal Avenue at Pearl Beach is this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom holiday home, a favourite to be seen. One of the original Pearl Beach homes that has been recently renovated provides original character and charm with contemporary and modern details throughout, creating a welcoming and homely feel.

Pearl Beach is one of the Central Coasts most beautiful coastal suburbs. Set amongst the lush bushlands of Bouddi and Brisbane Water National Parks. Located only 90 minutes from Sydney. Enjoy the beach, ocean baths, tennis courts or one of the many surrounding bushwalks.

Master bedroom has a queen bed.
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds.

* Open plan, comfortable living area with TV, CD and DVD player, WIFI and fireplace (bring your own firewood or can be purchased on request)
* Kitchen with electric cooking, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine (pods not supplied)
* Outdoor entertaining with covered timber deck, gas BBQ, outdoor setting
* Pet friendly, air-conditioning, dining seats 4, highchair, parking for 2 cars
* Two modern ensuite bathrooms with shower and toilet. Full internal laundry

Linen is supplied and included in the overall total booking. However, please bring your own beach/pool towels if needed.

A little bit of everything

Evrything was absolutely fine, there is a smell of mould/ or dampness in both bedrooms, and some crazy person was yelling at our blind 15 year old dog who is beyond harmless, so that needs to be addressed as the property is animal friendly But everything was perfect tahnk you.
