Beautiful Cabin in Convenient Location

We spent Thanksgiving week here and were so comfortable and happy. Great location for trips to Bryce Canyon, Zion Natl Park and Kanab area. Great communication with owner and we hope to stay again some day!

The cabin was just what we needed for our stay in Southern Utah. Clean, well equipped, comfortable, and pleasant communication with the owners. Just out of the way enough that our evenings felt like we were in a remote cabin but close enough to a short drive for many daytime hikes, sights, and outdoor activities.

Spacious and lovely mountain cabin

We loved staying in this gorgeous mountain cabin which had all the perks and amenities that we needed. We enjoyed exploring Bryce Canyon NP during the mornings and loved relaxing in the evenings on the deck. The cabin is spacious and decorated so lovingly. Great care has been placed in this property. Coasy cabin

We had a fantastic stay using the cabin as base for our trips to Bryce and Zion national park. The cabin was very nice and coasy, though the two bedrooms in the basement was a bit too dark. The nearby road was a bit noisy especially if sleeping with open windows.

Cozy Cottage midway between Zion and Bryce

Our family had a great stay in this Cabin. It is fairly remote so you'll want to stock up on whatever essentials prior to getting in but we were perfectly content once we were in. We made day trips to both Bryce and Zion and it was an easy and pretty drive both ways. Appreciated the Host giving us a heads up of some winter weather that was in the area and that conditions on the Mountain can be a little more difficult but thankfully everything came through without impacting our stay.

This VRBO is great. A very large and beautiful home. Highly recommended. The only suggestion is that the owners update the info provided to say they do not provide coffee. We would have brought some to the house had we known. Otherwise it was a superb property and as advertised.

Beautiful views but dirty linens

The location was great on top of a mountain with beautiful views and wonderful stargazing. However, the king bed had soiled linens and comforter. There were a few other housekeeping issues as well as difficulty managing the HVAC system. The property owner was responsive on our first night but we were disappointed in what we found and did extra cleaning ourselves.

Winter wonderland

Amazing property with sunrise views. Home is located exactly between Zion and Bryce Canyon, so makes it perfect location for National Parks, but close to Kanab and other larger towns. The home is well stocked and perfect for our family with four boys. Melissa was very communicative and the home and area instructions are super clear and helpful. Note, the property is somewhat remote, so stocking up on food/groceries before is needed. But again, the instructions before our visit were very clear on where to stop on your way to property or National Parks. Would for sure stay at this property next time in Southern Utah.

Nice spot between Bryce and Zion

Nice house in a nice rural subdivision halfway between the 2 National parks. Neighbors were around but you couldn’t see or hear them. Had a family of deer who visited every evening as we ate dinner. House is fully stocked with all the dishes and pots and pans you would need. Fridge also had condiments and spices. Laundry room stocked with detergent and cleansers. Just 2 minutes off the main road you’ll be using to get to the parks. Gas station right on the corner. Only negative is that if you need real groceries you have to drive 20-30 minutes to get them. No problem though, just need to plan ahead.

Amazing mountain home right between the national parks

We had a fantastic stay at this property. My wife and son and I stayed here for three nights and four days in October. The property itself is beautiful. We picked the location for its promiximity in between Bryce Canyon NP and Zion NP, but we found the house so enjoyable that this would make a great getaway house even if you didn't want to visit the parks. The main living room of the house is spectacular with great views of mountains and the forest. We loved spending time in the very large living room and playing games, looking at the views, reading, and watching TV. The outdoor area was also amazing with views all around (we used it on the one warm day we were there; the other days were too cold and windy to be outside). The beds were very comfortable and the house was spectacular. Communications with the property manager were also fantastic, and she was amazing. Would highly recommend. The house is about 45 minutes to 1 hour to Bryce and Zion (right in between the two) so you can't go wrong if you want to visit both parks.
