Beautiful 3BR, 4Beds Ravine Suite In Donsdale Near Henday, WEM, More Parking!
Beautiful spacious suite back to river ravine, In a very upscale area near Hendy drive. All amenities are close by. Restaurants, grocery stores, Tim Horton, and bus stops within walking distance. Minutes away from West Edmonton Mall, Misericordia hospital, 20 minutes to Downtown, 15 minutes to U of A or U. hospital, and 25 minutes to International Airport. Free WIFI, BBQ. In-floor Heating system.
This suite is bright with big windows, and spacious has about 1400sf with 9' ceilings. 3 bedrooms, each bedroom has a queen-sized bed with very comfortable sheets used for 4 and 5-star hotels; an open, fully equipped kitchen with a crock pot. living room with a big flat TV, a 4-piece full bathroom, laundry room, and a storage room. it has a hardwood floor throughout the whole place, a granite countertop in the kitchen, and marble-like tile in the bathroom.
there are walking, bike trails, and a path to the river which are just by the side of this home. You can go jogging, ride a bike or take a relaxing walk on the trails or go to have a picnic at the ravine park in summer. This suite has its own Private separated entrance.

Perfect for us.
Me and my other 2 colleagues stayed at the suite. It is quiet and very private place in a good location. Clean and beautiful with a modern look. The parking spaces in front of the house worked out perfect for our big trucks. For sure will come back stay again.

Great place to stay at.
This place is in a great and upscale neighbourhood, super easy to get anywhere in Edmonton. Grocery store is a close drive from the house. it is spacious and beds are very comfortable. It was a great place to stay at.
