Why they chose this property
We recommend starting your day on the sun lit main deck, a coffee and newspaper on hand from across the road, it's a must! The expansive main deck ranges from full morning sun to tree filtered afternoon light, make use of the 10 seater outdoor setting to wine, dine, host and toast.
Coming off the deck into the main entertaining area - kitchen/dining. The dining room features a pendant lit corner booth, set around a modern 8 seat dining table. Other features of this space is a chaise by the window and a record player and bluetooth sound system.
The well equipped kitchen features a 4 burner gas stove top and oven, Miele dishwasher, Thermomix, Global knives and soda stream.
The spacious main bedroom features a king size bed with boutique linen bedding, dimmable bedside lights and charging plus sliding doors out to the main deck. Open the doors, jump back in bed and watch the sun drench the garden in warm morning light.
Attached to the master bedroom is a large ensuite, grab the magnesium salts from under the sink and soak it up in the comfy bathtub.
Our light filled second bedroom features a queen sized bed with boutique linen bedding and a small wardrobe. The rattan sliding door offers screening, but please note that it is somewhat see-through from either side.
The kid's quarters features a plush king single with linen canopy (fit for a princess/prince?) with trundle bed beneath. Get the kids into our extensive book collection or any of the toys in the toy box. This room also features it's own ensuite with shower and toilet
Situated at the main entry of the house the low key lounge room - our favourite winter space. Whether you're facing the warm open fire or the camouflaged Samsung frame smart TV, the King Furniture corner lounge is your perfect perch. Enjoy complimentary use of your streaming favourites on us! The linen 'Glam Swag' can be used like a bean-bag or put it on the lounge to make an extra sleeping space.
What makes this property unique
This is our family home that we are so happy to share with you, but please keep in mind that its our castle. We love this space more than anything, our children were born here. Please respect the house accordingly. Being a family home we have many things we'd be happy to share upon request such as push bikes, stand up paddle boards, backpacks and picnic needs.
