This beautiful home was completely renovated in 2022. It has all new furnishings and appliances, with a fenced-in backyard. This house has accommodations for 9 guests. Stroll the Indian Rocks Beach Nature Preserve boardwalk, meander Pier 60 at Clearwater Beach or rent a boat to visit Honeymoon Island and Johns Pass with ease. Busch Gardens is only 35 miles away, promising countless days of fun in the sun.

Blissful beach days await at this cozy house, where you can take it easy in the paved patio area, overlooking the grassy backyard or lounge beside the water at Indian Rock Beach. With a sunny interior full of comfortable new furnishings and a convenient location steps from the water, this house is an ideal retreat!

Prepare a breakfast feast in the well-equipped kitchen where you're sure to find everything you need. The cabinets have ample storage space for all of your cooking needs and a center island with stools so you can grab a quick bite on your way out the door.

Take a break from your adventures and recline on the comfortable couches in the living area. Spend an afternoon watching movies on the flat-screen Samsung Smart TV and high-speed wireless internet access.

The Indian Rocks Beach Nature Preserve is a short walk from the house with a boardwalk to the intercostal waterways. Take a stroll to the beach, after dinner, to see the amazing sunsets at Indian Rocks Beach. When you return, go into either one of the serene bedrooms and cuddle into the plush bedding for another restful night of sleep.

The Indian Rocks Beach Nature Preserve has a boardwalk that winds through lush mangroves and is a short walk from the house. McGough Nature Park is 1.6 miles away and is home to dozens of native species you can encounter up close.

Splash Harbour Water Park is located 1 mile from the house, about a 20-minute walk or 4-minute drive.

Pier 60 in Clearwater Beach has great fishing, a park, and unbeatable sunsets celebrated with daily festivals. Located 9 miles away along the waterfront, Johns Pass Village is accessible by boat and car, and the quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village boasts over 100 merchants with shopping and dining.

Three miles from the house, the Florida Botanical Gardens offers an urban oasis with tropical flora and fauna. Busch Gardens is 35 miles away, promising hours of fun in the sun. Get out on the water in a rental kayak or a boat chartered from one of the many local guides to go deep sea fishing or spot some friendly dolphins.

We loved our stay! We traveled from the midwest with our 2 and 4 year old. The convenient location to beach, coffee, parks, ice cream, playground/trail added to our enjoyment. The location was perfect with being able to get to the beach access in 2 minutes by walking but the street was quieter. Loved having a backyard. The use of a beach wagon and towels was very nice along with washer and dryer. We had plenty of space and loved the bunk bed. The place was very clean! Could use more glass cups as there were only 3. Would stay again.

We have stayed at many beaches on both coasts of Florida and this is definitely one of my favorites! It’s newly renovated, clean, and on a quiet little road right by the beach access. We enjoyed being so close to restaurants and cute bars. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect location (close to beach (75 second walk) and Gulf Blvd but far enough not to be bothered by any noise. Right by the crosswalk. You can walk south 5-7 blocks and have good food, drinks, coffee, etc and walk 5-7 blocks north and do the same thing!

Great Location and Kid Friendly

So happy we booked here! The house is beautifully done and clean. Very short walk to the beach which was what we were looking for (made for easy bathroom breaks). My 2 oldest kids (ages 6 and 4) loved the bunk beds and the back sitting room was perfect for the pack n play for my 2 year old. We loved gathering around the kitchen island for breakfast and the walk to get dinner and ice cream was great. We would definitely book here again. Thanks so much for a wonderful place to stay!

Perfect Property

This is, by far, the best property we’ve ever rented (and my family has stayed in quite a few). The house was perfectly clean and recently remodeled (it still has that “new house” smell!). The owners provided dishes, utensils, bath & beach towels, beach chairs…we didn’t need to bring any of the normal household supplies. Finally, the location is PERFECT. Five minute walk to the beach, as well as restaurants, bars, and shopping. We would 100% stay at this property again.

Our trip was cut short by 2 days due to the weather and the airline not flying in. Our trip was memorable for sure. We were there to visit my late sisters' home and granddaughter. The place was perfect for our family. We would definitely love to book again next year. Easy to find and quiet neighborhood. Friendly neighbors as well. The house had everything we needed to prepare meals and the house also had a backyard grill and the house also has plenty of lighting for safety .Considering how close the house is to the beach, the street is pretty quiet .

Perfect Beach House

House was very clean and exactly as pictured. Very short walk to the beach and a few parks as well as many restaurants (including ice cream). Beach towels provided were very large and very fluffy. Kitchen was missing a few things if you really want to cook - like a baking sheet and mixing bowls but overall this is one of the top places we have stayed at in the area. We also brought our bikes and enjoyed a lovely ride along Gulf Boulevard. Also appreciated that the home was nice and cool when we arrived so we could immediately start relaxing. Enjoy your trip!

Great Location easy walk to the beach.

This place was clean, and was a minute walk to the beach. We had no issues with the check in. The only thing I noticed and reported was a small marking on the wall near the front door. It appeared that the reclining chair rubs the wall when you recline. We just pulled the chair away from the wall and no issues. As an added bonus to this house was a beach wagon and beach toys. The wagon and toys were very convenient (I also left some toys, rafts, and bodyboard for the next guest to enjoy). Overall we were very happy everything went without a hitch. Thank you!

Our family had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay as the first guests at this newly renovated cottage. The home is bright, clean, well-equipped, and close to the beach. Our grandchildren enjoyed sleeping in the bunk bed and having their own TV room at the rear of the house. In addition to the beach, they enjoyed the nearby playground and Nature Preserve and loved their dinner at Kooky Coconut. We did have a couple of glitches with the plumbing. It turned out to be a problem with the city water line. Through it all Max and Rita could not have been better hosts. They responded quickly and sprang into action as soon as we notified them about the issue. While no one wants to have problems crop up while on vacation, we know that things happen sometimes. That is where the host makes all the difference. If you rent from them, you can be sure of A+ service.

In 2006 Max and Rita were on business in Indian Rocks Beach and fell in love with the sand, sun, and family-friendly vacation community of Indian Rocks Beach. On a chance drive down Gulf Boulevard, they stumbled onto what would later become their first property in IRB.

Fast forward to 2023 and they are full-time residents of Indian Rocks Beach and own six properties in IRB, hosting families from across the world, sharing their little slice of paradise all year long. Short-term and seasonal rentals are available and they invite you to experience the ambiance, community, and the people that made them trade in their New Jersey winters for the beach life that can only be found in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida.
