This area opens to balcony with Panoramic Bay Views, Couch + chairs, Outdoor Dining and 2 x Umbrellas.

Master bedroom upstairs opens to deck.
Study also located at entry level.

Downstairs features 2nd living area with couches, wall mounted Smart TV, kids games cupboard and opens to deck, laundry with washing
machine and 3 further bedrooms. Downstairs has large balcony also.

The house is situated among the trees and has Wifi, bluetooth speaker, ducted heating and cooling throughout, carport that fits 2 cars and further off street parking for
another 2 cars.

Access to Arthurs Seat walking tracks from end of street, including Two Bays Walking Trail.

WOW for location and accommodation

The on line photos provide a good indication of this property but nothing like when you walk through the front door and look inside and your chin drop.The owners have re-built themselves a very comfortable and spacious house. Thanks for sharing. Comfy beds and A class linen. The kitchen is stocked with what is normally found in a kitchen. Herbs, spices, condiments etc, etc, many also in the fridge. Just as if its permanently in use. View is spectacular. On a clear day, Mornington peninsula can be seen. Night time, the lights.Its ideal for a large number of people where the lower floor can be accessed independently, and can be closed off with a solid sliding door. Only need to come upstairs for food. My stay was of a particular situation for 2 people. It was enjoyed at a price.
