The 2 bed 2 baths apartment is located close to OU Campus, to Norman Regional Hospital, and a short drive from many restaurants and bars.
It is a unit on an apartment complex, a fully furnished apartment with all the modern amenities.

Guests have access to pools and laundry. Includes a queen-sized bed with a 5* Hotel quality mattress and linen and extra linen for the couch.
Ample parking is available.
A stocked refrigerator and all cooking utensils and spices are provided to cook food at home and save money. Come and try.
Sanitizing Kit is also available at the listing.
Guests are only able to cast their phones to TV.
No pets or smoking allowed. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for any violations, including smoke odor or related items like cigarette butts. This applies to the unit and all common areas.

Our apartment should never be used for commercial purposes without advance permission.

Comfy and cute stay east of campus. Great value.

My husband, two college-age sons, and I had a great experience staying at this apartment VRBO while visiting family in Norman. The place was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Cute decor. The hosts provided holiday-themed coffee and hot cocoa for the Keurig which was enjoyed. Only downside was the location on busy 12th Avenue, but not too noisy for sleeping. Will definitely stay here again when we visit!

Loved the location in relationship to the university. We were able to walk easily to and from the football stadium. The only issue we had was that the noise from the upper unit when they walked around was loud. Nothing that was completely distracting but loud nevertheless. Obviously not the fault of the owner or VRBO but information that might be wanted.

Great place!

When I found this place on VRBO, I was thrilled! Trying to find a nice place to stay for OU’s graduation can be a challenge. My husband , myself and two of our grown children stayed this visit. The 2 bed, 2 bath apartment was very well appointed and we loved all of the bonuses, such as washer & dryer, toiletries, and snacks and drinks provided ( for a small fee). The decor is cute and made the apartment very inviting . The location was perfect for our needs . Would recommend and would stay there again.
