Fully self contained one bedroom apartment with large garden at the rear of existing listing named Your Melbourne House listing number 9064642. The apartment is only a 3 minute walk to the heart of charming Yarraville Village and the train station, so no need for a car.

Both the apartment and front house are completely separate with there own entrances.

Your Melbourne House Rear Apartment (YMHRA) is perfect to rent for a single or couple (and with a child) wanting to be in the heart of the Village with access to all the Village has to offer and minutes to Melbourne CBD by train.

Alternatively, for family groups you can combine both properties to sleep 6 guests with 4 renting the main house and 2 plus a child sleeping in the rear apartment. Please note both properties have completely separate access and are individual residences. Only those renting the rear apartment have access to the large rear back garden.

YMHRA is located in the heart of Yarraville Village and is a 3 minute walk to the shops, cafes, restaurants, supermarket’s, Sun Theatre and Yarraville train station.

YMHRA has a full kitchen with Miele dishwasher, induction cooktops, electric oven, stainless benches, washing machine, full size fridge, open plan living dining with dining room table for 4 guests, two TVs, one located in the lounge room (Smart TV with preload apps such as Netflix etc. A second, TV ( not a Smart TV) is mounted on the wall in the bedroom.

Polished floorboards throughout and split air conditioning /heating. Apartment is well equipped with cooking utensils, wine glasses and crockery. All you need to cook up a lovely meal during your stay.

The apartment has one large bedroom with a double bed and built in robes. The bathroom has a walk in shower, toilet and basin. Beautifully furnished, light bright and open plan it’s an ideal stay for a single or couple.

A very large rear backyard with outdoor table, sun umbrella and BBQ are for the exclusive use of those renting YMHRA. If you are a group of more than 4 guests booking both YMH and YMHA gives you use of the entire property including the large rear yard.

Please message and advise me when you make your initial enquiry if you wish to book both properties so I am aware and can co-ordinate the smooth booking of both properties at once.

The apartment has wireless NBN. No parking on the property but the apartment is located in a quiet and safe street with plenty of free on street parking available if you have a vehicle.

I have lived in Yarraville Village for years. I enjoy cooking so you’ll find all listings are well equipped with cookware, crockery and cutlery. I’m a keen architecture buff and have been collecting 1950/60’s furniture since my early 20’s. I have endeavoured to create 3 properties that offer guests a home away from home, and in Kath’s View’s case, a unique experience of staying in a original 50’s beach shack and time capsule that transports you back to the 1950’s. The two Yarraville properties, are in a prime location within a 3 min walk to the heart of Yarraville Village.

The apartment is nicely fitted out, light and bright and in a prime Yarraville Village location. Just minutes walk to Yarraville shops, restaurants, Sun Theatre, cafes and two supermarkets. No need for a car. Train is 5 stops to Melbourne CBD or 10 mins by car.
