This property has been fitted out with quality appliances and had everything our family needed for an awesome stay. The warm pool was a total winner and being pet friendly with an enclosed yard saved the day when finding a holiday destination. Beds were super comfy and showers were awesome. We didn't use the bbq area but it's fantastic with its own drinks fridge and outdoor seating area. Being so close to town meant easy walks to the shops and beach, we really couldn't have asked for a better property :)

Inverloch property
Whilst the house we nice there were a few issues with the property. It is dog friendly but the front gate doesn’t lock so you can gain full access to the property from the street and the front gate has acccess for small dogs to get out and onto the main road. There is no antenna for the tv so you cannot access free to air tv and there is only one tv in the whole property. The front driveway is slippery and we slipped twice when it was raining. The spa was set at a low temperature so we couldn’t use it the first day we were there. The communication with the landlord was difficult as every time we tried to call it was busy. We received an email two days before arriving to say we still owed half of the rental which wasn’t correct and then asked for the sofa bed to be made up as per the instructions but this wasn’t done for us.
Then upon check out we received two phone calls at 9am asking what time we would be leaving when check out wasn’t until 10am. A little disappointed by the experience.

Thanks Donna, for your review we appreciate your feedback. As reviews are important to our business we feel it important to put your feedback in perspective. The house is fully enclosed for pets with a high front gate, we have managed properties for many years and never had a house with a ‘lockable front gate’ so we find it a slightly odd comment - the listing doesn’t advertise a lockable front gate either. There is approximate 20 cm gap under the front gate, we have never had an escapee yet or it mentioned before. The spa was set to 36 degree and as soon as you mentioned there might be a problem we acted immediately to get the pool guy to inspect the spa within half an hour of your phone call who said the pool was 34.5 degrees - it is July and the spa has to work hard at this time of year. Our communication was immediate once we received it. There was nothing wrong with the spa and we personally dropped off an expensive bottle of wine and table lamp after you said a bulb had blown. The property advertises 1 TV and as most people access their TV’s apps it also never been a problem to other guests staying. The house has a clean paved footpath, we are not responsible for the rain. The sofa bed is in the main living area and not made up, as we explained in an email prior to arrival the bedding is made up in the cupboard ready for sleeping in at the end of the day. It’s not a hotel with a turndown service at bedtime and this shouldn’t of been an issue as you were told prior to arrival. We also contacted you on the morning of departure to see what time you wanted to leave as we have been offering 12 midday check outs on sundays during the winter but you shot a text back saying 10am. We are sorry it has been a disappointment to you.
