Architecturally designed modern 'green house'. Set in a private road, this four bedroom holiday home is a retreat for holidaymakers. Complete with a bespoke kitchen, wall-mounter EV fast charger, underfloor heating, solar-power, full house air-to-water air conditioning, eco spa, outdoor living and dining. Soak in the private eco spa or enjoy Pinot Grove's salt-water pool, this house has been created for total comfort and our planet in mind. Bliss.

The Space:
Open plan living, dining and kitchen with a cathedral ceiling, polished concrete floors. The dining table seats eight and the kitchen is complete including a double oven, double fridge with filtered water and ice, dishwasher, microwave, blender and Delonghi Automatic Espresso Machine. Solar power, carpeted bedrooms and tiled bathrooms all with underfloor central heating and full house water-to-air air conditioning. One of the only fully temperature controlled holiday houses in Martinborough, and trust us, you need it for total comfort all year round.

The facilities
- Private eco spa pool, oversized deck, outdoor lounge suite, outdoor dining suite and gas BBQ.
- Unlimited wifi, 55inch television, AppleTV, AppleTV+, Netflix, Freeview, Neon, Disney+, Amazon Prime, Sky Sport Now, bluetooth sound bar, and board games.
- Access to Pinot Grove’s saltwater swimming pool and paddling pool just 330 meters away (open Labour weekend to Easter weekend), tennis court (rackets and balls in the house) and trampoline.
- Toasty warm in winter, cool in summer. Underfloor central heating throughout, full house eco water-to-air air conditioning.
- Two bathrooms, walk-in shower, free-standing bath.
- Fully equipped laundry including iron, ironing board and clothesline.
- All the essential equipment for infants is available including: highchair, cot, toys, tableware.
- UV water filtration, so all the water in the house is pure filtered water.

The rooms
- The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, bedside tables/lighting, walk-in wardrobe with shelving, armchair, air conditioning, ensuite and walk-on access to the front courtyard.
- Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed, air conditioning, bedside tables/lighting, wardrobe space and shelving. Bedroom 2 uses the main bathroom. Opens onto the front courtyard.
- Bedroom 3 has a queen-sized bed, bedside tables/lighting, air conditioning, wardrobe space and shelving. Bedroom 3 uses the main bathroom.
- Bedroom 4 has a super king-sized bed, that can be converted into twin singles, bedside tables/lighting, air conditioning, wardrobe space and shelving. Note: the bed will be set up as a super king-sized bed, unless we are advised otherwise.

The house was good, suitable for our needs. There was a very strong musty smell in the laundry and our daughter washed some baby clothes and they smelt bad when they came out of the machine. A couple of issues with missing kitchen items, but they were delivered later. Over all it was fine.

This house has clearly been well used. The presentation is starting to show signs of wear and tear. Bathrooms were clean but the floor didn’t look like they had been cleaned before our arrival. Despite paying for cleaning, the long list of requirements for us to complete was not the norm. We did try and revive the near dead house plants as per house instructions but really didn’t consider this to be our responsibility.
