The fairways of Sawgrass Golf & Country Club stretch out beyond the sunroom glass here, setting a relaxed, unhurried tone the moment you step inside. Vaulted ceilings open up the living space, and as summer settles over Florida, the enclosed sunroom becomes the spot to catch the golf course in the afternoon light. No pets, please.

Living space
The open, single-story layout carries you from the living area into the dining room beneath soaring vaulted ceilings. Movie nights find their home in front of the HDTV, while the enclosed sunroom gives you a separate, quieter corner for reading, catching up on work at the dedicated workspace, or simply watching the course go by.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms accommodate up to 6 guests across 3 beds. Every room is stocked with bed linens, hangers, and generous storage, so unpacking takes minutes, not hours.

Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms come stocked with fresh towels and the essentials. Both feature a bathtub - a nice way to unwind after a round of golf or a stretch of beach time.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen covers the basics and then some: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, and dishes and silverware. The dining table sits just off the kitchen, ready for shared breakfasts or relaxed dinners in.

Outdoor living
Your private patio opens onto the community's open greenery, with a backyard offering a grassy stretch to enjoy the warm-weather evenings outside. As guests of Sawgrass Golf & Country Club, you'll also have access to the community pool and the community beach access point, so switching from a poolside afternoon to time along the shore is effortless. Please note: there is no parking at the beach access point.

Comfort & convenience
Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep the temperature comfortable no matter the season. Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, a private entrance, and free parking for 2 vehicles handle the practical side of things. For peace of mind, the home includes a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.
Please note: the community pool and community beach access point are private to Sawgrass Golf & Country Club residents and guests. There is no parking available at the beach access point.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.

Pet & Animal Policy
To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all, we require every guest to submit pet or assistance animal information through BetterPet Passport (powered by PetScreening). Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
