Picton Getaway

Beautiful cottage right by the Glenora ferry and right on the water! Spacious cottage in a quiet area. Nice and private. Great weekend getaway!

Sit, relax and watch the boats go by

If your like me, boats, trains and anything big and mechanical is of interest to me. Here, on this property i got to see the endless effort fron a free ferry crew. Back and forth could watch that for hours. Having local attrcation close by was a bnusbonous

Great long weekend getaway

Spent Thanksgiving weekend here as a family. Communication with Mohammad was always timely and informative . Self check-in process is very convenient. Wonderful water views from living room and bedrooms! Kids made use of the kayaks. Great fire pit area - wonderful evening spent by the fire, enjoying s’mores. A huge bonus for us is that the cottage is pet-friendly so our dogs were able to enjoy the long weekend with us. Kitchen is well stocked - we were able to prepare our thanksgiving dinner easily. Appreciated the high end appliances, especially the coffee station. Cottage was very clean. Thanks Mohammad for a wonderful experience!

Great Time

We had a great time over the Aug long weekend. Only thing was the upstairs deck was covered in cobwebs and spiders so we couldn't use. Could have used someone going through it with a swiffer to get rid of them. The downstairs deck wasn't covered and didn't have as much furniture, so not as useful as the upstairs would have been. Wasn't a big deal but it would have been nice to use.

Peaceful and intimate place.

Everything as advertised, We enjoy our stay at the cottage, Not too far away from sand banks, average 25min Nice Brewery near it, accessible by walk.
