A modern and tastefully decorated beach themed apartment located in Rundle Mall.

Spacious and fully furnished including a comfortable Queen Bed, 2-seater dining table, 3-seater chaise lounge, fully equipped kitchen, washing-dryer combo and outdoor table.

You will be provided access to the swimming pool, spa, gym and BBQ lounge on level 8.

You will be residing in one of Adelaide`s newest and most prestigious residential buildings.

Our apartment is located on the 8th floor with a private balcony. Perfect for a romantic getaway with your loved one or a business trip.

You will have full access to your own private apartment as well as the gym on level 8.

We are available 24/7 via messaging or by phone call.

Located right in the centre of Adelaide CBD in Rundle Mall.

There is a free tram station just a few minutes walk away on North Terrace.
Street parking is almost impossible to get in this area - we would recommend reserving onsite parking if you have a car.

First time in Adelaide

The apartment was beautiful. Very ideal location as it was a very short walk to Rundle mall. Had everything we needed for the weekend and was located on the same floor as the gym, pool, spa and games room. David and Lin are fantastic hosts and excellent at communicating. Thank you for your hospitality :)

Comfort and style

The apartment is well-appointed, including dishwasher capsules and coffee capsules. All dishes and cutlery are just right for everyday use. Bed and linen are great. From the balcony you can see the university and its trees. Location is central close to shopping and restaurants. David and his friend made us welcome and showed us how to use the aircon and tv. All very helpful. Many thanks and we want to book for next year. Only disappointment was that the pool was out of action. Hope it is repaired soon.
