CONVENIENCE and AMENITIES will keep you coming back to this lovely condo at LionSquare Lodge, the BEST location in Vail...literally ON the slope (if you ski too fast off the skier bridge you will PASS it....really!) STR License # 024456.
Let the ski valet store your skis or board the moment you take them off. Walk a few yards and you're in a luxurious comfy lobby sipping hot cocoa or cider while warming in front of the lobby fireplace. Go down one flight (all inside) and you're in your condo taking off your boots, then one flight down again and you're in one of 2 fabulous hot tubs with strong jets massaging your back and legs. Use the 2 spacious changing rooms so everyone can shower and change simultaneously and be ready for a night out or sitting on the extremely comfy sofas watching a movie (free DVD's). Parents can enjoy the cozy living room in front of the electric fireplace (blows nice warm air you can feel while sitting on the sofas) while the children are tucked into the bunkbeds (double over double) in the spacious quiet second room.This room is spacious and soundproof. It has a nice sitting area, double over double bunk beds, and ample storage.
The sofas can also be slept on (on top as singles) in great comfort (owner has tested this!)

This condo is a small but very well laid-out. Master has a king and a window that looks onto the flagstone walls of the 'mini-courtyard' Second room has no windows, so is very quiet but cannot be officially called a "bedroom." Very spacious but not for anyone who needs to see outside. The living room (see photos) also has NO VIEW, but there are sliding glass doors that open onto the 'mini-courtyard' surrounded by flagstone, and semi-open above to see the weather. The condo was recently remodeled so all the furnishings are new. Please ask owner if you have questions after reviewing the photos.

LionSquare provides great amenities, including a restaurant with great views on premises (just down the hall and up a flight from the condo...less than 2 min walk all INDOORS!,) the hot tub and pool,, the changing/shower rooms, computer center, free wifi, free covered parking (just down 2 hallways...on the same level), and a fully equipped gym! LOCATION!
NOTE: Service/support dogs allowed... or others with 1 dog may be permitted. with owner permission, so please inquire :)

Host was great! She was very informative and available. This particular unit is kind of small and simple but exactly all we needed. Clean and comfortable and a 1 minute walk to the gondola and equipment valet...couldn't beat it! If you're looking for a view from your room than this is not the unit for you because, well, there are no windows since you're below grade, lol. There is a 2 chair patio with a sky view though.

The location in Lionshead is perfect - right on the slope by the gondola and lots of food and shops just steps away. The condo had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay! We brought our baby up for the week along with our pup and had such a comfy stay. Meredith was an amazing host and was very communicative! Great condo, cozy yet spacious and perfect for our family. Meredith was a terrific host. Condo was well equipped, full kitchen and lots of little extras like humidifiers and a fireplace. Can’t beat the location…mere steps to the gondola! Lodge amenities were terrific too. Nice hot tubs and heated pool with views of the slopes. Can’t wait to visit Vail again!

This was the perfect place for 3 people. Literally ski-in, ski-out, in the middle of Lionshead Village, which in our opinion was better than staying in Vail Village. Less crowded, more fun. The condo is wonderful, and the resort has incredible amenities. The host communicates well and was wonderful to work with. Highest recommendation.

What a romantic place it was for us to share from Day 1, and we celebrated our 1st anniversary there 3 years later! Let us show you our favorite powder stashes and bike trails!
After growing up on the icy slopes of the East, it was always my dream to live in Colorado and ski the fluffy powder! I made that happen and moved to Vail to raise my daughters in this magnificent setting that offers so much. As a psychologist, I know the importance of having a hassle-free vacation to 'rejuvenate' and make the most of your time off!
Having owned our 2 condos at LionSquare Lodge since the girls were 1 & 5, I can't imagine a more convenient way to enjoy the slopes and amenities for families with children at any age. Vail offers the best of everything to adults and children, teens and singles. From the time my girls were little, LIonSquare Lodge has been their 'other' home, with its friendly, warm, ambiance that is welcoming and convenient. This unparalleled location has 'spoiled' us, and now we want to spoil YOU! Come stay with us here, and you'll keep coming back!

CONVENIENCE, AMENITIES, COMFORT!
There is not a better location anywhere! My friend, who is a ski resort development consultant, says there is no condo/hotel complex with a better proximity to a ski slope anywhere in the world (and he tried to buy out all the owners 20 years ago, but they would'n't sell)! My condo has the best view of the slopes, and is both luxurious and comfortable. The ski shop is literally across the hall, and all the FREE amenities are fabulous!

You can run in and grab a free coffee or cocoa (instead of spending $5 on the mountain) in a matter of minutes....or stop in to grab or remove an extra layer as the weather changes. The convenience is incomparable, and the comfort and amenities are superb! Right next to ski school, the gondola, and the skier bridge...any skier/rider's dream location!
