This was our third time staying at this VRBO. The location is perfect for skiing at Diamond Peak. It’s also very close to great restaurants in incline village. The home had everything we needed to be comfortable and cozy. Host was responsive and friendly. Can’t wait to come back again!
This condo is perfect for our daily. Lots of sleeping room. It’s SO clean and kitchen is very usable. Great location to beach, activities, restaurants and stores.

Super cute! Super close to Diamond Peak!
If you're looking for cozy, clean and comfy digs and a shuttle to the slopes literally across the street, with room enough for a family of four (we were three) - this is your place! The owner really makes you feel like a guest.
This was our second time staying at this property for a ski trip at Diamond Peak. The location is excellent - just down the road from the resort, and very close to excellent incline village eateries. Cabin was true to listing - spacious for our family trip of 4 people. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials. Living room was very cozy. Our son loved the little loft area with games. Will definitely come back next season.
This is a wonderful and charming condo a stone's throw from Diamond Peak. It's a bit roomier than the pics show. And practically right outside the front door the ski resort's shuttle makes regular stops. Couldn't ask for a more convenient location. The place is cozy, clean and quaint. I would say this place is good for a family of four.

Second Times a Charm
This was our second visit to this cozy unit. It had everything we needed to be comfortable, and it was a super quick trip to Diamond Peak - the shuttle stop is literally steps away from the front door. It's nicely decorated, gives off a cabin vibe. It's also convenient to the local grocery store and good places to eat. One important consideration: with only one shower, and a snug but well appointed kitchen and dining area, I suggest a max of 4 people to stay on the comfortable end of enjoying the space.
A place that has good sized bedrooms (downstairs). Upstairs is very well furnished, though the kitchen is a little tight but manageable. The dining table will only seat four as its right up against the staircase railing. The place is located close to a pool (unfortunately, it was drained due to remodeling).
overall we had a pleasant stay. the unit could use a deep cleaning overall... when you pat your hand on the couch, dust flies up. Also, the fridge and pantry have expired food items and opened items that should all be cleared out.

Hi Stacie, we passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: We strive to ensure that our guests have an exceptional experience with us and provide elevated levels of hospitality. We're glad to hear you had a pleasant stay!
- Our goal is to ensure our guests have access to a well-equipped kitchen, which includes a range of condiments like soy sauce, salad dressing, ketchup, mayonnaise, and others. We can assure you that our housekeeping team regularly checks the expiration dates of these items. During our recent visit, we confirmed that none of the condiments had passed their expiration date.
- Regarding the couch, I've taken steps to maintain its cleanliness. This year, I've arranged for professional cleaning services twice, and whenever they come to clean the carpets, I make sure to have them include the couch in the cleaning process. In addition, our housekeeper occasionally vacuums the couch. Lake Tahoe experiences a "pollen season" from spring through summer. During this period, everything turns yellow, and if the back slider is left open, pollen will find its way into the condo.
- Communication is important to us and we wish you had reached out to us during your stay so we would have had the opportunity to address any concerns you had.
We truly do our very best to deliver an exceptional experience, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays.

Quiet place
My husband and I spent our 20th anniversary here while attending "A Weekend To Remeber" at the Hyatt during the day. The place was very quiet and had the things needed to make it a comfortable stay. Instructions to get in and out were clear and everything was very clean. A bottle of wine and a few snacks were left for us, which was very nice. There are lots of clean towels and a washer/dryer in the condo. We had friends over for wine and finger food one day and we were walking distance to the Hyatt. There was work going on at the pool but they were very respectful about work hours. All in all a really nice stay.

Cozy condo with everything you need
The condo was very clean, and the location was great, 9 min to Sand Harbor and 4 minutes to restaurants, supermarket, etc. The kitchen was very well stocked for simple meals or serious cooking. The condo has plenty of towels and blankets. We enjoyed the board games; the paddle board was a plus. Check in was easy, the only thing missing was air condition, but we knew before getting there that it didn't have AC. They have plenty of fans and that helped a lot to cool down.Teresa even had a little basket with a couple of snacks.

North Lake Tahoe Ski Trip
Nicely set up for two bedrooms. Everything you will need in kitchen, including pots and pans , many spices, paper towels, detergent, coffee maker, etc. Very close to Mount Rose, and Diamond Peak, not a bad drive to Homewood, Palisades or even Sugar Bowl for skiing. Getting tv to work was a chore mostly dew to bad batteries. Couldn’t get fireplace to work. The first bedroom electrical setup is bad with numerous plugs in sockets. We were able get things worked out. The unit was clean and bathrooms nice. Not five star but I would definitely recommend and stay there again.
This place was perfect for our needs and so close to the slopes (Diamond Peak Ski Resort) shops, restaurants and even a casino (the Grand Lodge Casino at Hyatt Regency). We found the place to be nicer and roomier than the pictures showed It felt like home away from home...the owner even left us a gift basket with a bottle of wine, snacks, chapstick, sunscreen, a travel flashlight, etc). We highly recommend and hope to return for future snow vacations.
