ABOUT THE HOME
This 3 bedroom/3 bathroom mountain getaway checks all the boxes: mountain views, private hot tub, open living plan with space for the whole family, private garage and is located right next to Whistler Village for quick access to the lifts!

On the ground level, the open-plan living area welcomes you with a wall of windows looking out on the secluded back patio with a private hot tub and forest beyond. The space is inviting with plenty of natural light, vaulted ceilings, wood accents and a gas fireplace. You will find everything you need to cook a gourmet meal in the spacious kitchen complete with a gas cooktop. Store all your gear in the private garage or mudroom. There is also a full bathroom conveniently located on this level. Head upstairs to the main level to find the bedrooms: The master bedroom is very private with forest views, a king bed and a spacious walk-through closet leading to the master bathroom. In the master bathroom you will find a soaker tub, stand alone shower and double sink. Down the hall are the other two bedrooms which both have spectacular views right to the top of both Whistler and Blackcomb mountains. The bunkroom has two bunks, each with a double on the bottom and a twin on top. The bunk room has a jack-and-jill style door leading into the shared upstairs bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed where you will wake up to those epic mountain views!

The whole home is cooled with air-conditioning in the summer months and in the winter you can snuggle up next to the fireplace in the living area with a glass of vino and take advantage of the heated floors on the ground floor and bathrooms.

COMPLEX: MONTEBELLO
Montebello enjoys an ideal location of seclusion with close proximity to Whistler Village. This quite complex is right at the edge of the Village North, just a five-minute walk from Whistler's Marketplace where you will find a grocery store, liquor store and many other shops and restaurants. From your front door, you are just minutes away from the base of both the Whistler and Blackcomb Gondolas which are easily accessible by either the free village shuttle bus (bus stop is a 3 minutes walk), or a 15-20 minute walk to the base of the mountain. The Montebello complex is a favourite for family groups as the properties enjoy drive-up access with parking in your private garage/driveway.

LOCATION: VILLAGE NORTH
Village North offers the perfect blend of convenience and seclusion. It is centred around a marketplace complete with a supermarket and liquor store while remaining within easy walking distance of Whistler Village and both the Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas.

PARKING - CLEARANCE 7'
Two parking stalls are included in the rental. There is parking for one vehicle in the private garage as well as an uncovered spot in the driveway. Limited visitor parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis with three stalls located just around the bend from this home.

- Pack 'N Play & High Chairs are available for rentals by request.

HOUSE RULES
No smoking, no parties, no bikes permitted inside units, minimum booking age of 25.
Base occupancy is 8 adults and max occupancy is 10 adults. The ninth and tenth adult pay C$35 per night per person. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 75% refund (minus service fee) if you cancel at least 45 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 45 days before check-in.
