SUMMARY

Vallecita Bonita is located at the bottom of Hyde Park in a lush, piñon tree-lined valley. This custom three-bedroom pueblo-style home is located within minutes of the Historic Plaza, Canyon Road, and Fort Marcy Park. Elegant Santa Fe finishes include vigas, decorative corbels, high ceilings with vigas, hard plaster walls, hardwood and brick floors.



LIVING AREA

The spacious living area is centered around a gorgeous floor to ceiling windows, flanked by a beautiful kiva fireplace. This is the perfect setting to relax with your group with ample ambiance and comfort. A separate TV room is located just off the living room that includes a queen sleeper sofa.



KITCHEN AND DINING

The gourmet kitchen is perfect for a discerning home chef, featuring high end appliances and custom stone countertops. The formal dining space seats up to eight just off of the living room. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer an abundance of natural light, and an unforgettable home dining experience.



BED AND BATH

The large primary bedroom features a king bed. The primary bath offers a separate tub and a large walk-in shower. One guest bedroom features a king bed and also has an en-suite bath with a separate tub and walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom features a queen bed with a bathroom in the hallway.



OUTDOOR SPACE

Vallecita Bonita has two covered portals with a fire pit, a hot tub, and multiple seating areas, including a large dining table for eight.

PLEASE NOTE:

- The fireplaces are available from October 15th - April 15th

- The primary bathroom is inside of the primary bedroom, but does not have a door separating it from the sleeping area.

- All-wheel or four-wheel drive is recommended when renting this home in the winter months.

- This home is NOT pet-friendly. The homeowners monitor the home with exterior cameras, and our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each checkout. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee.

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous property. It was close to downtown Santa Fe but out of the way enough that it felt secluded and cozy. The neighborhood was great! The property was perfect and great for a girls weekend.

Perfect family home

Stayed for 5 days skiing. Great neighborhood near grocery stores with easy access to mountain. Will be back.

Beautiful home in a convenient location

This was the perfect home for a family getaway. Kitchen and bathrooms are very well stocked, home is spotless, and the location is a short drive from downtown. The management company was amazing and went above and beyond. Will definitely return!

The Wonders of Santa Fe
