Casa Del Lobo is perfect for outdoor living! Heated inground pool with integrated waterfall spa. Covered outdoor dining and ample covered seating areas. Fabulous fire pit lounge and an outdoor cantina with a bar, plus an outdoor powder room and shower. You can also practice your swing on the putting green, or enjoy a game of corn hole. Take a dip in the sparkling pool after enjoying the Palm Springs sunshine on your extra-wide teak chaise lounge chair, or take a nap in the hammock. As you enter Casa Del Lobo, you’ll gasp at the beauty of the living room with a wall of windows and glass French doors that give you an immediate view of the beautiful pool and mountains. The emphasis here is on relaxation and easy living in a very comfortable space with impeccable design. Casa Del Lobo is where you can put your feet up, relax, and unplug. Perfectly styled art and furnishings, high ceilings, amazing Spanish-stylings. The family room has a large sofa and chair with a fireplace, open and connected to the kitchen and dining room, a 75” TV plus an adjacent powder room. The formal living room has comfortable seating and lounge areas, a reading area and access to the patio/pool area. The large and open dining room, kitchen, family room is perfect for both team and individual meal prep. Plenty of space for your entire group including dining for 8+ guests (table extension and additional chairs available). The fully equipped kitchen features granite tile countertops, and stainless steel appliances.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
The primary bedroom is absolutely huge, with easy access to the gorgeous yard. Enormous en suite bath with tub and separate shower, make-up table and dual sinks. King bed with hospitality-quality mattress, ceiling fans, desk area in case you need to get some work done and a flat screen television. There are two guest rooms nearby, one with a king bed that has access to the front yard, and another with a queen bed, both sharing the Spanish-inspired hall bath. The fourth bedroom offers a queen bed, and is located near the living room with private access to the patio/pool.
