Set into the hillside on approximately 5 acres of beautiful, private bush that backs onto the National Park, this impressive home is an unparalleled paradise for nature lovers, birdwatchers and bushwalkers alike.
Rustic Australian-sourced timbers, hardwood floors, stone cladding, an exposed tin ceiling and extensive glazing reflect the natural surrounds. Notable past owners include the Bird Observers Club of Australia who owned the property for 30 years and influential landscape designer, Edna Walling, and with its beautiful natural land and abundant birdlife, it is easy to see the attraction for each.
This sensational coastal retreat offers the best of both worlds, with its secluded bush location and breathtaking views of the coastline and forest through to Airey's Inlet. The north-facing deck captures the sun until dusk. Sit at the built-in timber 'kookabar' and relax with a drink in this shady barbecue spot while looking out at the ocean views.
*Living and Entertainment Space*
The superbly constructed residence has a huge open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Enormous 6m glass doors line the living room wall to offer unimpeded views.
