The Space:
Rainforest Sunsets is located in Kuranda, on Australia's northeast coast, nearby Stoney Creek Falls, Glacier Rock, and the Barron Gorge are just a few of the attractions in the area. A charming, 155-square-foot tiny house with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities.

The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a waterless eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers). It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save water through using eco-friendly toilets to save the environment.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, except for the sheds and stables, which we strongly advise against entering.

By public transport: The Kuranda taxi is not reliable transport, this includes the bus from the Cairns airport. But, there are always taxi’s at the airport and public transport options including taxi are not reliable .

- Pets are not allowed on the property
- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed

- Remember to close the gates when entering and leaving the property
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our compost toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
