We had a wonderful week enjoying North Topsail. Our favorite spot was the porch. It is shaded during parts of the day providing a peaceful and wondrous spot to enjoy the view of the ocean. The condo is well situated to the beach, and was quiet and enjoyable.Geraldine, the host, was kind in her communications with me, and prompt in answering my questions.

The entire unit was clean, well organized, & well stocked for our entire stay. The beach view was great! The onsite pool was beautiful. We were accommodated and able to check in early as well, which was great...we were really able to start our vacation earlier than expected! I would recommend and stay again. Thank you!

Excellent location and the condo was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Easy beach access and the view was beautiful. Host was very responsive before and during our stay. Unit was very comfortable and exactly as advertised. We are already talking about coming back next year!

The Property was exactly how the pictures showed it would be, the Kitchen was exceptionally small and I like a big kitchen to move around in. The appliances are a little dated and the Dishwasher is really dated but other than that we had Ocean view from living room and Master Bedroom.

We loved our stay at the condo - it truly had everything we needed for a week long stay. There’s an ocean front view, easy access to the beach, and the bedrooms are far enough apart that made our parties varying sleep schedules a none issue! Geraldine was very responsive to any concerns that I had. Would rent again if we return to North Topsail!
