Only moments away from the pristine mollymook Beach where you can enjoy a surf, swim, stroll or just to take in the breathtaking views of the local waters. With local cafe, golf club and kids play area this is the ideal holiday location.
This light-filled open plan home offers space and comfort for the whole family. With the dining area flowing onto the large rear deck overlooking the spacious fully fenced back yard, the perfect play area for kids or a game of fiska with the adults. Fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathroom, large rumpus area downstairs complete with sofa bed, pool table and another deck leading to the rear yard.
This house is definitely not to be missed.

Well equipped home
Good location however, a wood combustion was available with no wood supplied, no heating available. Yes it is a beach escape but it still gets cold obviously due to the combination heater in the home. Otherwise all good.
