Could have been better
As soon as we entered the apartment there was water all over the bathroom. The facet was leaking. Then I went to go out on the balcony and the door was stuck and not fully closed. So I went to the master bedroom balcony door and the lock would not open. The second bedroom mattress cover was dirty!
We then opened the linen package and some of the sheets were dirty and not the right size. And not enough towels for 4 people to shower for 4 days.
The master bathroom facet was also squirting water in different directions. The rugs in the bedrooms are very old and stained- not appealing at all.
Had to make several calls to the property mgr before getting a call back. No one every came and resolved the water issue and balcony door issues! My husband fixed the main balcony door so we could at least go sit out there. We were delivered another bag of linens for which the same situation- hair and fuzz on the sheets. As per the mattress cover, we were told that there was nothing they could do about it bc it must be the owners. So my question is, nobody cleans it?
I’m sure everyone involved makes out extremely well with renting out these places and it baffles me as to why there are issues as such. Not to mention, updating and modernizing. Get rid of the old rugs, update the master bathroom, redo the ceilings in the 2nd bedroom, and get new balcony doors and facets.
So disappointed that no one ever called us back about our reported issues when we were told they would.
