Great spot

Had everything we needed to recuperate after a few days in the wilderness. Comfy beds, extra towels, and a fully stocked kitchen were all great!

Our long term stay

The property was clean with the exception of the laundry room and washer and dryer which were dirty. Also, there was no garbage pick up as promised for the last two weeks of our three week stay. There is no closet for clothes in one of the bedrooms and the oven did not work. Our main objection was the neighborhood. We used to live in Austin and the map made it seem like this Vrbo was close to South Congress. It is really on the fringes of Travis Heights and very close to I-35 which was noisy. That said the property company did respond to our requests quickly. This is a generic VRBO set up as a rental - very little charm.

Great Place to Stay for a Girls Trip

I am always hesitant when the property does not yet have any reviews but based on the property management company itself having positive reviews, I decided to give it a chance. The property isn't necessarily walking distance to anything but it is very centrally located right off the freeway so it is very convenient. We were able to get pretty much anywhere we wanted within 10 minutes. We were even able to scooter home from Congress, which I would only recommend late night when there isn't traffic. Property was as advertised. The fridge had not been cleaned since the last guests, but it wasn't a huge deal because it was just a few coffees and leftover takeout. We searched around and couldn't find a hairdryer anywhere so we were able to contact the management company and they promptly brought us a hairdryer which was awesome. I would certainly stay here again.

Great spot for Austining

This property is in a great area, easy 20 minute walk to S. Congress and you can take a shirt Uber to 6th street. Great for dogs, there is a little dog run connected to the property! Also the property manager was very easy to work with. Would stay again.
