Overlooking the shores of Lake Taupo at beautiful Wharewaka, perfection!
Set up for relaxation this modern home offers a sun-drenched deck and space for everyone.
Open plan kitchen and dining ensure no one misses out.
The deck is a late afternoon sun trap. Enjoy barbeques in the evening with uninterrupted lake and mountain views. as the sun sets on your very special holiday. This holiday home has been well thought out. It is modern, stylish and fresh. You will feel invigorated after your stay.

PLEASE NOTE – This property is STRICTLY not suitable for parties, events, or loud groups.
Bring the boat, kayak, bikes, fishing rod and a good book. Just a short walk to the `Landing` with a restaurant, café and activity center and mini golf for all your entertainment needs.
Bedroom 1 has a super King sized bed, bedroom 2 is a Queen and a 3rd room, just fold down the Queen bed and slide the wall shut.
This amazing home is suitable for families or three couples on a golf, shopping, fishing, skiing or sightseeing trip or just for the perfect getaway.

Guest have access to the whole property, including the spacious double garage.

We like to give our guests their privacy but Kerry is available by phone or text to answer any questions and we are only ever 10-15 minutes drive away if needed in an emergency.

This is a very safe and family friendly neighbourhood.

Parking in the double garage space for lake toys,

Rotorua is only one hours drive and Hawkes Bay within 1.5 hours drive for a day of sightseeing and for the active traveller the Ski field and Tongariro crossing is an 1.5 hours drive. The Glowworm Caves are also 2 hours drive and Hobbiton 1.5 hours making Taupo the heart of the North Island and the perfect place to stay and explore from.

What a beautiful home!My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was open, inviting and clean. My children loved playing outside and we enjoyed watching the sunset over the lake in the evenings. We'll be back when we are next in Taupo.

Came here for my 30th birthday trip with my family. House was fantastic, best view and great modern toilets and bathrooms. Heat pumps worked a treat especially in the early mornings/nights (although we didn't use these much given the not so cold weather). Property manager was so helpful even with all my questions and the check in and out process were super easy.

Minor items needing attention

very enjoyable stay and a lovely property. One or two things which need to be looked at. Large cobwebs on to upper louvres of the lounge, venetian blinds need dusting (not good for those with hay fever), toilet paper a bit sparse as we virtually ran out of it. The gas bottle on the barbeque was very low and ran out. These are not criticism's but just minor things to bring to your attention. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay. Regards Alwyn & Elaine Jeffery
