We were in town due to a family member being sick in the hospital so having the lake view at the end of the day was super calming. The beds were super comfy with nice linens. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. The kids loved the large TV screens.

Family ski trip

We had the best time at the cottage! It was perfect for our family ski trip to Granite Peak- everything we needed was close by- only a 5-10 min drive to ski area- many local restaurants and grocery store nearby. The house was clean and we could see the ski area across the lake - we will be back!

Great Location

The property was just as listed, maybe even better. Nicely updated on the inside. We stayed here for an ice fishing trip so the fact that it was steps away from the lake and across the street from the bait shop was perfect. Wish we caught fish but still enjoyed ourselves.

Fishing weekend, perfect VRBO and location.

My Son is getting married soon. His request for me and his brothers (wedding crew) was to fly fish the Wisconsin River for Muskie and Smalles mission complete. The stay in this VRBO made the difference between an always great time with my sons to (to date) the most memorable. The house is warming and comfortable. Big yard for games, and a fish fry at the Eagles club couple blocks away.We’ll be back.

Fantastic home right on Lake Wausau - lots of space, comfortable amenities, everything you need!

This is a beautiful home, way larger than anticipated. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Loved the view right on the lake. Was a great place to spend time with family, cook meals together and enjoy the beautiful patio. The kitchen was well stocked. The towels , linens and beds were super comfortable. Loved having a washer/dryer on-site - just remember to turn on the water to make the washer work :)

My mom and I stayed here while visiting family. It was easy to get in and out of the views were great, the shower isn’t accessible but everything else was really wonderful for both of us. We were able to host a family dinner and the common space in this home is very generous. The kitchen had enough plates silverware cooking stuff to suit our needs. The beds were comfy. I felt very lucky to have had this time. I would consider staying here again in the summer I bet it’s FUN, with the Eagles Club in walking distance.

Annual Family Reunion

We stayed at this property a year ago and liked it enough to return. The house is clean and the pictures are accurate. The beds are very comfortable. We had two issues this time. The first we took care of ourselves - cleaning the basement toilet bowl which had a lot of black lining the bowl. The second was the total absence of the host. I called the phone number in the welcome book and found the number was no longer operable. I called the number that was on the listing and got the same response. If we had a significant issue we would have been in our own. That is the main reason why we chose a different house for our reunion next year.

NIce Location

Great 3br home on a dead end street. We had 6 adults and 2 under 2. The bedrooms were big to accomodate pack-n-play sleeping for the littles. Open floor plan to move about. Full kitchen with all the utensils, cookware and dishes you would need. It was nice to have the breezeway to store extra luggage, chairs and boxes. There was a toilet and shower in the basement. The yard was big and flat. Patio furniture clean and comfy. Walking distance to DC Park boat ramp and Eagles Club bar, if that is part of the vacation plan. The pier was sturdy and in great shape. This was a great place. We all agreed we would stay here again.
