Probably best to stay in winter
It’s a 3 floor condo with bathroom and master bedroom on the ground floor, living room and kitchen on the first floor and guest bedroom on the second floor. I think it would be fine for a couple with kids, but it would be a trek to the bathroom for adults staying in the guest bedroom. The house was clean, beds comfortable, kitchen well stocked. The big issue is the condo location. The picture from the living room shows trees just off the deck. What is not shown is highway 267 which is just a few feet past the trees. For those unfamiliar with Tahoe, highway 267 is a very busy road with plenty of truck traffic. The master bedroom and the living room have decks and large patio doors. They are in fact the only opening windows. The noise level when the doors are open is beyond loud. When sat on the deck it was hard to have a conversation. So the choice in the summer is sit in a hot airless condo and have quiet or open up and just try to block out the noise. I would say that as a winter let it might work but I would strongly recommend against staying in the summer
