Perfect location

This property was just a short distance from downtown and was perfect for walking everywhere. The unit was nicely renovated and had everything we needed.

Love that it is walking distance from downtown Gatlinburg! The only complaint we have is the hot water. After one shower, there was no hot water for a couple hours. But overall a beautiful condo in a beautiful location. Highly recommend!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and walkable distance to all the local sights. Only issues we had was maintenance on the condo . We were traveling with 18 month old and the master bedroom was missing outlet cover on electric plug in. And the smoke detector was taken down and placed on the top of clock above fireplace leaving all the wires exposed for it. And light bulbs in living room several that were out .So for the price we paid I expected a better kept condo. Will not stay again for those reasons.

Excellent location!! Easy access. Free Parking!! So incredibly comfortable. Balcony gives an opportunity for people watching. Just needs the tiniest bit of TLC to be perfect (watermarks in bathroom, worn kitchen chairs)
