Perfect stay for 2 families.
UPSTAIRS.
Massive 2Pac Kitchen with stone bench which includes seating for 6, plus additional dining table seating 10 people.
2 Large family rooms, one with 75" Smart TV, with a gorgeous gas fire for those winter nights and air-conditioning for those hot summers. Spacious dining balconies on either side for you to choose, depending on the weather/view. On one side you have ocean views of Middleton Point watching the surf and the other, Brock Reserve with waves crashing on the rocks below with view of gorgeous green hills, prime location for whale watching during season. Plenty of space to spend time with friends or hide away and be on your own.

Bed 1 - Spacious large bedroom with King bed, own Ensuite, ceiling fan and 65" Smart TV, access to back balcony with stunning ocean views/sun rising.

Extra Toilet/Powder-room Upstairs for guests.

DOWNSTAIRS. All bedrooms have their own Smart TV's and all have ceiling fans PLUS:
Bed 2 - Queen with set of bunks and own Ensuite.
Bed 3 - Queen with own Ensuite.
Bed 4 - Queen with huge bathroom next door.
Everyone has their own bathroom!

Large family room, great set up for kids, with heating/cooling. Large 75" Smart TV leading onto spacious backyard with an outdoor shower.

Small dining table area, great for boardgames/cards.

All beds are super comfortable with clean linen and towels supplied for an extra $120. All you need to do is turn up and relax!

Stunning property with fabulous views. The short break at this beautiful place was absolutely loved by all members of our family. Cannot speak highly enough about the stay. Fabulous house in a fabulous location

Large open plan living/ dining/ kitchen upstairs is a great area for large families to enjoy together with plenty of seating. Downstairs has another living area, which is great for the kids to hang in. Reserve adjacent to house allows uninterrupted views towards Port Elliot and a great place for kids to play cricket and soccer, and it’s just a short walk to the beach with rock pools to explore. Would love to stay here again! Thanks Denise and Jason for a lovely holiday.
