Not the most flashy or modern accomodation but comfortable and convenient. Be aware that there's no A/C so summer could be uncomfortable.

I have read some reviews that applied champagne tastes to beer accomodation, or didn't read the conditions e.g. regarding linen. It's an acceptable, economical and very convenient option for us. We don't rent the property in summer. There's no extractor fan in the bathroom and no A/C, so summer could be a challenge.

Bed very comfortable, kitchen & bathroom upgraded. floor fan although of good quality was a bit noisy. No Wi-Fi. Great location, walking distance to shops, restaurants & ice-cream. Just a great pool straight outside your unit. Not enough parking spots for the number of units, but still worked well. Comfortable stay

Reviewer Comments: After having the same holiday unit (#12, 2 bdrm and spacious) for 15 years at Forster lodge then to have to move to another unit as owners retired to their/my holiday unit I was very disappointed with the 1 bedroom squashy unit #10 at Forster Lodge. It was very dark and outdated. Renovated bathroom was good. The other amenities at Forster Lodge are quite good. I will not choose to stay at #10 if possible.
